Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.

Cooking

  • Once preheated, place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for more even cooking.
  • Air fry the chicken for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juiciness!

Notes

Experiment with dried herbs like oregano or basil for a different flavor profile. Add cayenne pepper for a kick! Brush on your favorite barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking for a sweet touch. Try lime or orange juice instead of lemon for a refreshing twist.
