  • Brush the chicken with olive oil, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain its juiciness.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with almond flour. Add seasonal spices like rosemary and sage for a festive touch. Experiment with different marinades for extra flavor.
