Preparation

  • Begin by rinsing the chicken wings under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring there’s some space between each piece.

Cooking

  • Air fry the wings for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the wings and toss them in your chosen sauce.
  • Plate the wings and serve them hot.

Notes

Add cayenne pepper for a spicy kick or consider a maple glaze in the autumn.
